Who We Are

Tungsten is a robust metal with high resistance to temperature and high melting point and is widely used in electrical goods due to its physical properties. Founded in 1989, Veer Electrometals is a renowned manufacturer, supplier and exporter of tungsten electrical contacts including tungsten discs and tungsten contact rivets. Our tungsten contacts are mainly used in automotive electric horns, distributor contact breaker assembly and relays etc.

An Historical Overview

Veer Electrometals was started with the objective of meeting the domestic requirements for diverse tungsten contacts. From importer, we transformed into a world class manufacturer of tungsten products. With a solid infrastructure comprising of the best make of imported machinery coupled with years of experience in our product field, we have come up as a high value concern which is highly respected and valued.

Maintenance of high quality standards has enabled the company to obtain the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification from Intertek-systems certification. Currently, we export our products to several countries in Europe and South Asia. A highly professionally managed concern, we ensure quick and ready delivery of our products to our customers with customized products as required.

Product Range

Veer Electrometals is a reputed manufacturer, supplier and exporter of the following products: 

• Tungsten Discs (in flat, radius and ventilated version), Dia. 2.50 to 6mm x 0.50 to 1.50mm thick
• Tungsten Contact Rivets (also called Tungsten Brazed Contacts, Tungsten Contact Points) as per customer specifications and drawings.

Right from the stage of the procurement of raw materials to the stage of final product delivery, we have instituted stringent quality control measures under the supervision of experienced quality inspectors. Our facilities are equipped with complete testing, inspection and quality control instruments & tools to ensure that there are no loopholes in the process.

Our company is headed by our young and energetic proprietor, Mr. Vikas Jain, himself a mechanical engineer. We keep the tradition set by our founder, Mr. SK Jain, to deliver high value products with the aim of total customer satisfaction. Our entire processes are handled by our skilled and efficient staff. They are provided full training with exposure to the best technological machines in the world.

Infrastructure

Our products are manufactured at our in-house manufacturing facility at Rohtak, Haryana. We are well equipped with imported Swiss, USA, Taiwan, Singapore made plant & machinery, as well as complete testing, inspection and quality control facilities. We provide a huge, glass ventilated, clean, healthy and pollution free environment for our skilled and motivated workforce. Veer Electrometals offers highly customized products as per client request. Our spacious warehouse, manufacturing, distribution and corporate offices are all located in one convenient facility to efficiently serve our customers.
